Event sold out?

In case an BIKE FILM TOUR event is marked as ‘sold out’ on our website, it does not mean that there are no tickets available anymore.

Our pre-selling partner usually sells BIKE FILM TOUR tickets and often still has tickets available even if our online contingent is exhausted. You can find our local partner under event reviews.

We do not have a box office in the traditional sense and do not hold back any tickets. If the event is not sold out, tickets can be purchased online via our ticketing system until shortly after the start of the event.

If press or guest tickets are not collected, we will release them for sale shortly before the start of the event. These tickets will be allocated at the BIKE FILM TOUR according to the waiting list principle. From 1 hour before the start of the event, we collect the names of people who are interested in tickets that may become available and allocate them shortly before the start of the show - from top to bottom. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting a ticket.

Often, there are BIKE FILM TOUR fans who still have tickets left and want to sell them. The meeting point is at the entrance. The BIKE FILM TOUR team will be happy to mediate between sellers and interested parties.

In case an BIKE FILM TOUR event is completely sold out, you are able to subscribe for the BIKE FILM TOUR newsletter. If demand in one city appears very high, we usually organize an additional event. Each member of our ticket newsletter gets a notification via E-mail that there is an additional event in this city or somewhere around.
